Features: AQUATRANS is a specialist heat transfer paper for high-quality decoration - even photographic quality is possible through our range of OKI laser printers.

It is ideal for T-shirts and sweatshirts, but can also be used to print transfers onto specialty and technical fabrics such as workwear and sportswear, etc.

 

Aquatrans is suitable for use with both plastisol and our solvent-based ink ranges.

STB HEAT TRANSFER ADHESIVE POWDER

Features: Adheres to very fine detail.

Low curing for performance textiles.

Resistant to static.

Our STB heat transfer adhesive powder is a specially formulated medium grade powder that offers maximum adhesion to a multitude of substrates and materials including most proofed fabrics (excluding silicone coatings) nylon, polyester, soft shell with lacquered base layer, cotton and even wood.

STB HEAT TRANSFER ADHESIVE POWDER

STB adhesive powder is suitable for either cold peel or hot peel transfer paper depending on the application and type of inks to be transferred. This is a medium grade powder, low temperature melt powder which makes it ideal for transferring your prints onto performance fabrics such as lycra, nylon, polyester, soft shell material and stretch garments.

Press temperature times can be as low as 125 degrees to handle even the most sensitive of fabrics. Being a medium grade the powder is less prone to interference from static during the shake off period. The ideal time for most substrates is 12 – 15 seconds with either hot or cold peel options. Available in 2.5 KG quantities this adhesive is certainly not the cheapest adhesive powder on the market, however we believe it to be the best transfer powder on the market for adhesion to performance fabrics.

·         Application substrates must be tested for suitability with the STB Hot Melt Powder Adhesives prior to production runs being carried out. Always test application fully before beginning your production run as there is often considerable variance in substrates from different manufacturers and even between different batches. STB Hot Melt Powders Adhesives should be applied onto wet screen printed inks with any excess Powder Adhesive removed from the transfer substrate before melting.

 

·         STB Powder Adhesives should be melted in a drying tunnel to bind the adhesive to the ink then left for 24 hours before heat pressing.
